The same owner then converted to a RUF Turbo in 2004 by the authorized RUF shop in 2005 at Chris's German Auto Service. Taking its original 2.7L boxer engine to the next level, the RUF 930 Turbo now uses a RUF 3.4 L BTR engine kit that boosts the performance of the already powerful Porsche. Additional RUF performance parts include an intercooler, 5-speed transaxle, turbo camshafts, K27 turbocharger, 4-pipe muffler, 3.4 Turbo pistons/cylinders, oil coolers, and adjustable boost. Cosmetic parts also included the RUF Shifter Knobs, Floormats and Pedals, RUF Exterior Kit, RUF Steering Wheel, RUF Wheels (17x10) and RUF Brake Ducts. After this work, the next owner purchased this car and had it imported it to Canada in 2015. Fully adjusted and regulated to the Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard, this car conforms to both Canada and U.S. for any buyer.
